Food R & D Technician 

Job requirements:

3. College degree or above, major in food science, biological engineering, etc.
Responsibilities:
1, observation and research market dynamics, combined with the latest information and information about the industry to make new product development programs;
2, according to product requirements, research new materials, new processes, purchase and trial of new materials, combined with process requirements for product experiments, development;
3, responsible for the development of product technology, quality standards, labels, product specifications and other documents;
4. Follow up the pilot test of the product in the whole process and improve the problems existing in the pilot test process;
5, the implementation of new products after large-scale production tracking and quality, process improvement;
6. Assist sales personnel to provide relevant product applications and services.
 
Quality Control Specialist 
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in food or chemistry, age 20-35;
2. Be sincere, proactive, have a good sense of teamwork, communication and coordination ability, strong principle;
3. Have a certain understanding of ISO9001, HACCP, FSSC22000 and other related system standards;
4, have the very quality of laboratory technicians, can independently carry out experimental projects, have good professionalism and rigorous and careful work style.
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the supervision and implementation of standard documents, the preparation and review of relevant quality management system and the supervision of effective implementation;
2. Participate in internal and external audits of the factory system, verify problems, follow up coordination and implement corrective and preventive measures, and promote continuous improvement of the quality management system;
3, in accordance with the inspection methods and standards of various testing items for inspection and analysis, familiar with the post technical standards and quality operation documents, strictly implement the operating procedures and inspection specifications, carefully fill in the working status of instruments and equipment and record;
4. Be responsible for accurate analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products and form reports.
